Prices established in this catalog are subject to change without notice at
any time and all orders are subject to prices as they exist  at the time of receipt of order.
sales tax will be added to all orders where required.
  
1.  limited warranty - all  baths from the past.com, besco plumbing sales
products are  inspected and tested with care  before shipping and are
waranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year
from the date of purchase by the original buyer.
2. material which proves to be defective upon inspection by bfp/besco will be
repaired or replaced at the option of  bfp / besco,    but NO CLAI MS FOR LABOR,SHIPPING OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES  OF ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED,ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS  .
This warranty applies only when goods are installed properly  according to
instructions or normal procedure and care,  and used for purposes and conditions intended.
Many  man hours are spent on each piece to insure the quality of the
product’s  finish,testing,and in making sure the product is properly packaged
for shipping,so there will be a refinishing charge if the product returned in
damaged condition,please understand that brass items are heavy,damd damage
easily ,parts can knock against each other in transit,it takes many more
hours of work to bring them back to sellable conditions if damaged. 3. the warranty with respect to the products of another manufacturer sold by 
bfp /  besco is limited to the warranty extended to bfp / besco by that
manufacturer. all faucets and fittings supplied with uncoated brass finish
are sold as -is , with respect to changes in appearance of finish.           
             
4. returned goods-
any merchandise returned for credit  or refund ( excluding warranty claims)
must be made within 30 days of our shipping date, and with prior
authorization from our company.
items must be returned postpaid (c.o.d. returns not accepted) in unmodified,
clean and saleable condition as when shipped.
custom orders are not returnable unless by special agreement.
returned goods  must be CLEAN IN SEALABLE CONDITION AND  properly and
carefully repackaged so goods do not suffer damage IN TRANSIT  and include a
copy of the original order invoice, along with detailed information regarding
problem,replacement,  return for credit or refund.
there will be a restocking fee of 20 % on all returned items.
5. delivery / shipping damage - 
delivery to the carrier will constitute delivery to the customer.BESCO / BFP
’s responsibility terminates upon delivery in good order to the carrier.
all goods are shipped at the customer’s risk,and are insured with the carrier
for its full value.
any claim for loss or damage in transit must be reported promptly
by the customer against the carrier.
please inspect each package for visible damage and note on receipt before
signing.
you must report any concealed damage within 5 days from receipt.
all original packaging material must be retained for the carrier’s
inspection.before replacement merchandise is issued to you, the loss or
damage claim must be filed with the carrier. 
6.  shipping/ handling-
most items are shipped ups, which needs a street address. do not use a p.o.
box for your address unless you know it will be delivered to the po box.
shipping and handling charges are applied according to weight,preparation,
mode of transportation, requested time frame, and destination.
crating and foaming charges will be applied to some sinks toilets and tubs. 
7.  back orders -
items in stock will ship within a few days. on backordered items, you may
wait until the item is available, order a substitute, or cancel the request
for the item. on credit card orders, your account will only be debited upon
shipment of the items you ordered unless it is a custom order 
product modifications-
we reserve the right to make minor product changes and modification and
improvements other than what is shown or described in this catalog.
acceptance of the goods constitutes acceptance of these terms
  * Unlacquered polished brass will tarnish  naturally with time, acquiring
an antique patina or darkened color.
