Warranty

Limited Product Warranty:

All of the items sold by Baths From The Past are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase and for original purchaser.

Any parts that are proven to be defective by our inspection in material or workmanship and have not been subjected to abusive treatment or faulty installation, will be replaced or repaired free of charge.  There is no allowance for labor, other expenses or losses.

We make no other warranties, express or implied, including that the product sold is merchantable or fit for a particular use. 

Under no circumstances shall Baths From The Past be held liable for special or consequential damages, loss or expense of any nature whatsoever.

We reserve the right to make minor product changes, modification and/or improvements that may look slightly different from pictures shown or described within any advertised material including catalog and/or website.

Warranty is valid only if installed by a qualified licensed plumber

Warranty with Respect to Products of Another Manufacturer:

Any item sold by BATHS FROM THE PAST is limited to the warranty extended to BATHS FROM THE PAST by that manufacturer.
